Removing Whiteheads

Whatever name we call them, the fact is that zits, pimples and whiteheads should be removed fast!

Whiteheads are pores blocked by dirt also known as closed comedones. The white is basically the trapped bacteria in the skin as a result of the small opening of the pores. You’ll find that like blackheads, whiteheads can be squeezed out. However, if you want to learn how to remove whiteheads, then know for a fact that this is not the ideal way.

Whitehead Removal

First, clean your hands and face before any attempt. Steam your face to unclog the pores as well as wash it warm water. Make sure that you don’t rub your face and instead gently pat it dry with a clean towel. Now, gently apply pressure to the base of the whiteheads and squeeze. This should easily break the skin. However, if the whitehead doesn’t pop out as you expect, then don’t force it to do so. Just do it again when you feel the pimple is ready to burst. This is because wrongly popped whiteheads tend to leave a scar which are harder to get rid of.

Prevent Whiteheads

For this, make sure that your pores are always clean and not blocked by dirt. The usual methods are by applying salicylic acid or benzyl peroxide. You can also create your own cleanser if you want. An example would be a mix of oatmeal and milk used as a face mask. With this, your pores will stay closed. Combine that with a good hygiene and you won’t have any problems with pimple for a long time.

For this, the most you can do is control what’s going to happen. Start performing safety measures and anticipate the growth. Also, to be successful on how to get rid of zits, then you have to be patient. Wait for the effect of the treatments since they take time. Once you’ve settled on a method, then you shouldn’t have any problems.
